Bikram’s Lecture

has been Postponed, Cancelled for now.
We will be issuing full refunds for any tickets bought.
Bikram has begun teaching a Class along with his Lectures,
many people have been asking about that, and we didn’t have that,
so we’d like to bring him back later when he can teach a class here as well.
Certainly we’ll let you know when it’s rescheduled.

Kids Practice
One Saturday per month @ 12:30 pm

Half Hour practice for students of BYCI, San Diego to bring their kid(s). The room is not heated. It’s a fun and playful way to introduce your child to Hatha Yoga Asana, and to see where it is and what you do when you tell them “I’m going to Yoga class.” You will do the postures with your kid(s).

Dr. Das, a pre-eminant Master of Yoga Therapy, was Rajashree Choudhury’s teacher. He was a contemporary of Bikram Choudhury as a direct disciple of Bishnu Charan Ghosh, and continues today as the Head Yoga Teacher at Ghosh’s Yoga College in Kolkata, India. He also heads his own Clinic in Kolkata. Copies of his book Yoga Panacea are available outside of India through us.
