Bikram Yoga San Diego

We are a private Bikram Yoga school with the sole purpose of offering a place to practice real Bikram Yoga in San Diego. It is not public facility like a fitness center, a gym, a “yoga studio,” or a social center. So not to be compared or with expectations that is like a yoga studio. Everyone must treat it like a doctor’s or dentist office or a therapy center in a professional office building. No walk-ins without being pre-registered and pre-booked into sessions ahead of time. If you came to our old school, don’t come with the expectation that it’s the same, other than the Yoga.
Our school is a place only to practice Bikram Yoga, under the best supervision and Yoga Room environment.
We know our school is not for everyone, and there are inconveniences to get used to, to be able to attend our school. Each person who comes will have to adjust their routine to respect the Building policies. Anyone who does not follow or abuses the Building’s and our school’s rules will not be accepted at our school.
